Had dinner with two of my favorites, Genvieve and Guillaume. A-MA-ZING. Mostly small plates to share. Very creative use of ingredients to create fantastic flavor profiles, and beautiful presentations. Not overdone though. Raspberry Bay Oysters, I am in love. Quarter dollar size, sweet, hint of citrus, perfect salinity.
